1. The parties and their rolesIdentify the contracting parties, who pays, who receives and who can approve. A display name is not counterparty due diligence.2. Eligibility and the operating arrangementConfirm that the parties, transaction and markets are supported and permitted. Review the operator, custody arrangement and applicable terms.3. Amount, fee and networkAgree what the receiver should get, review the fee and minimum in the live quote, and confirm TRON / TRC20 USDT rather than another network.4. A clear release conditionSpecify what must happen before release, who reviews it and what evidence is acceptable. Avoid an undefined instruction such as release when everything is fine.5. The evidence and its reviewerAgree the documents, issuer, reference and review period. Decide how discrepancies are raised. A document hash is not verification that its contents are true.6. Partial performance and release stagesAgree any separate stages, their amounts and treatment of partial delivery. Do not assume that an approval covers a later stage.7. What happens if the parties disagreeRead the dispute and refund process, identify a contact on each side and agree how the issue will be documented. Opening a dispute does not itself confirm a refund.8. Final instructions and confirmationVerify the full deposit or payout address in the actual trade. Never send funds to an illustration. Distinguish a submitted payment from its confirmed outcome.
