1. Blockchain transaction risk

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Funds sent to the wrong network, wrong token contract, wrong address or unsupported chain may be unrecoverable.

2. Counterparty risk

Valtis cannot guarantee that a buyer, provider, seller, broker or other counterparty will perform, deliver, communicate honestly or comply with applicable law.

3. Stablecoin and network risk

USDT, TRON and related infrastructure may experience delays, outages, freezes, smart contract issues, network congestion, service provider restrictions or other operational risks.

4. Dispute risk

Dispute outcomes depend on available evidence and platform rules. A dispute decision may not match either party’s preferred outcome.

5. Regulatory risk

Crypto, stablecoin and escrow-related laws vary by jurisdiction and may change. Users are responsible for understanding their legal, tax, reporting and compliance obligations.

6. Wallet responsibility

Users are responsible for securing their wallets, private keys, devices and account access. Valtis cannot recover funds paid to an address controlled by an attacker or entered incorrectly by a user.
