Pricing

Transparent fees before escrow funding.

Valtis V1 uses deal-level platform fees shown before the client funds escrow. Both sides can see the protected amount, fee and distributable balance before settlement starts.

V1 pricing model

Default

Deal-level fee

Platform fees are calculated from the protected deal amount and displayed before escrow funding.
Visibility

Fee disclosed upfront

The fee is visible inside the deal economics and escrow summary so the settlement record stays transparent.
Settlement

Independent of outcome

Platform fee accounting is tracked separately from release, refund or dispute allocation.

Subscriptions

Subscription discounts are planned for a later commercial phase.

Planned after V1

Subscription plans are not active for V1.

Valtis should keep subscriptions hidden from purchase flows until billing, renewal logic, payment collection, entitlements and admin controls are fully implemented.

What users see before funding

Protected amount

The full amount expected to be funded into escrow.

Platform fee

The fee rate and estimated fee amount.

Distributable balance

The amount available for releases after fee accounting.

Network

The settlement chain and currency for the deal.
